Investor Visa Subclass 188
This visa allows you to conduct and maintain business and investment activity in Australia for up to four years and three months.
Your family members can be included as dependants in this application. Once you have this visa there may be a pathway to Permanent Residence if certain eligibility requirements are met.
Eligibility
You must prove that you meet the eligibility requirements for this visa. There is a significant number of requirements to qualify for this visa, and some of these include:
Being nominated by an eligible government organisation
Being invited to apply for the visa
Meeting the stream requirements for your chosen stream (below)
There are three investor streams, depending on your level of investment.
Investor Stream: You must invest AU$1.5 million in an Australian state or territory
Significant Investor Stream: You must invest AU$5 million in complying significant investments in Australia
Premium Investor Stream: You must invest AU$15 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements
